Major Lazer share their personal stories on how discipline, hard work and overcoming what's in their way have been key factors in their success during a roundtable panel discussion in San Francisco.
The panel discussion featured Major Lazer (Walshy and Jillionaire) in addition to Ivy Mix, bartending heavyweight and owner of Leyenda in Brooklyn, and renowned co-owner of the legendary bar Employees Only, Steve Schneider. The panel, moderated by Zach Pentel from Spotify, discussed what fuels their hustle in their respective industries and what it took to get to where they are today.
From Greyhound buses across America to life lessons learnt in the marines, the panel discussed how fueling the hustle is a major factor in their successes. The panel also discussed how communication is the key to success, in both the bartending and music industry- whether's it's performing to an audience of 100 people or 100,000 at Coachella.
